At ThunderVM Web Hosting, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of our services, certain restrictions apply to refunds. This Refund Policy outlines our refund policy for our services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Dedicated servers, domain registration, and SSL certificates are non-refundable.

Any other service will be refunded within 3 days of purchase for any reasons.

Services that have been active for over 14 days will not be refunded for any reason.

Refunds for any other service will only be provided for valid reasons and at the discretion of ThunderVM Web Hosting.

Violating our ToS disregards any refund-guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a ticket. Please include your account information and the reason for the refund request. Refund fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable time period. If a refund is approved, the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment or credits. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on the issuing bank or credit card company.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Refund Policy at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this Refund Policy are posted will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
